The results showed that ITGAM, ITGB2, ITGA5, ITGB5, CDH1, IL4, ITGA9, and LAMB1 achieved an AUC value of > 0.7, demonstrating that these eight genes have high sensitivity and specificity for MM, suggesting they can be served as biomarkers for the diagnosis of MM (Fig. 4a–h).
