Since the effects of immune cells on malignant cells could be achieved either by a direct cell-cell interaction or via soluble mediators such as factors and cytokines, we extracted the culture supernatant of the CD20+ B cells isolated from the NSCLC tissue and then used it to treat the A549 and H1299 cells for 24 h. This evidence concerns the gene MS4A1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
