On comparing the number of immune cells expressing immune cell subtype-related proteins, we found that the expression of STAT6 (p = 0.005), FOXP3 (p = 0.001), CD8 (p = 0.012), CD68 (p = 0.011), and CD163 (p < 0.001) differed significantly according to the breast cancer molecular subtypes. This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and breast carcinoma.
