Based on the evidence, up to 90% of patients treated with an anti-CTLA-4 antibody and 70% of patients treated with a PD-1/PD-L1 antibody develop irAEs, which affect any of the body organs including thyroiditis, dermatitis, pneumonitis, colitis, hepatitis, hypophysitis, uveitis, polyneuritis, and pancreatitis [135].
