From the 84 cancer drug resistance genes used as input, six genes (RXRA, BRCA2, IGF2R, BAX, EGFR, and UGCG) were found to be regulated by hsa-miR-128-3p, while eight genes (AR, UGCG, CCND1, IGF1R, ATM, CDK2, TP53, and ABCB1) were regulated by hsa-miR-223-3p and hsa-miR-223-5p (Figure 3A and 3B). This evidence concerns the gene CDK2 and cancer.
