Next, we determined the expression levels of autophagy-related proteins including microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain-3B (LC3B) and sequestosome 1 (SQSTM1/p62) after 24 and 48 h under ZNF322A silencing (Fig. 6c), and found that the ratios of LC3B11/LC3B I and SQSTM1 were significantly increased, suggesting the inhibition of ZNF322A may facilitate cellular autophagy in lung cancer (Fig. 6d). Here, SQSTM1 is linked to lung carcinoma.
