We observed that both pDCs and MO-DCs produced CXCL10 chemokine (in purple) and interacted with CD8+ T cells (in red) during the infection with T. cruzi (Fig 6E and 6F); however, the number of pDCs interacting with CD8+ T cells was higher than MO-DCs (Fig 6G). The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is infection.
