Our WB data emphasised that MPTP treatment significantly attenuated the p-Akt/Akt ratio (p < 0.001) compared with the control group, whereas in CGA treatment, the p-Akt/Akt ratio (p < 0.01) was observed to be elevated in PD mice (Figure 4(d)).
