We simultaneously demonstrated that increased expression of ARHGEF10L stimulates hepatocellular tumorigenesis by activating the RhoA-ROCK1 (Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase-1)-phospho-ERM (phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin pathway) and EMT (epithelial-mesenchymal transition) in hepatocellular carcinoma [26]. This evidence concerns the gene ETV5 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
