Immunohistochemical staining also showed that Ki-67 (a tumor proliferation marker) was significantly reduced in the Lj-1-60-treated mice especially in 40 mg/kg Lj-1-60 treated group in comparison to that of the vehicle group (Fig. 5c), suggesting that Lj-1-60 suppresses melanoma growth in vivo.
