Based on these preliminary data, we then designed guide RNA for the nanopore Cas9-targeted sequencing (nCATS) workflow (18) to test on 4 human GBM cell lines (2 TMZ-sensitive [U87 and U251]) and 2 TMZ-resistant [T98G and LN18] and 8 clinical DG samples (4 IDH mutant and 4 IDH wild type) (Fig. 1c and Table 1). The gene discussed is IDH2; the disease is glioblastoma.
