Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, eGFR, galectin‐3 levels, NT‐proBNP levels, sex, and NYHA class composition did not differ significantly across ethnicities, although more Malay (17.0%) and Indian (24.3%) patients had higher severity of HF (in NYHA class III/IV) compared to Chinese (14.8%). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hydrops fetalis.
