To investigate if human MLKL brace region polymorphisms play a role in human autoinflammatory disease we examined their frequency in cohorts suffering from ankylosing spondylitis (AS), chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO), Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS) and Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis and Osteitis (SAPHO) Syndrome. This evidence concerns the gene MLKL and ankylosing spondylitis.
