In conclusion, our research showed that showed the sensitivity to cisplatin therapy is regulated by YBX1-mediated autophagy in NSCLC, we have also delineated the underlying molecular mechanisms: YBX1 elevates p110β/Vps34/beclin1 expression by directly binding to the p110β promoter, acting as a transcriptional activator. This evidence concerns the gene YBX1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
