These therapeutics were developed to treat cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, alpha-1 liver disease, hepatitis B, hypertension and hepatitis B and function by targeting apolipoprotein A (Apo(a)), angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3), apolipoprotein C3 (ApoC3), AAT, the HBV gene, angiotensinogen (AGT) and the HBV gene, respectively.
