Overall, these data indicate that Senexin inhibition of CDK8 and CDK19 kinase activity specifically reduces infection-induced but not basal levels of LC3 gene expression, and that the expression of host proteins Cox4 (Figure 4D) and actin (Figure 5D) is unaffected by both DENV2 infection and by Senexin treatment.
