Anti-DKK2 treatment induced significant increases in GZMB and CD69 over control IgG treatment in the DKK2high, but not DKK2low sample group (Fig. 1D–G), suggesting that DKK2 blockade activates infiltrating CD8+ T cells in human colorectal cancers that express high levels of DKK2. Here, CD69 is linked to colorectal cancer.
