CASP3 and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder: Treating CNO-injected VTAVgat-hM4Di mice and VTAVgat-CASP3 mice with D-amphetamine significantly increased their locomotion speed above their high baseline speed, and increased the distance traveled (Fig. 1e, f) and the time spent in stereotypy (Supplementary Fig. 1g, h), suggesting that both groups of mice (VTAVgat-CASP3 and CNO-injected VTAVgat-hM4Di mice) were not ADHD-like.
