Alterations were also observed in 4/12 patients (33.3%) with AD; 3/26 (11.5%) with drug-induced erythroderma; 12/50 (24.0%) with idiopathic erythroderma; 3/17 (17.6%) with MF; 2/13 (15.4%) in the miscellaneous group, one patient with chronic ATLL (CD4/CD8 of 11.4, CD4 + CD7- of 41.0%), one with paraneoplastic erythroderma due to lung adenocarcinoma (CD4/CD8 of 5.1, CD4 + CD7- of 55.0%); 3/39 (7.7%) with eczema; and no patient with psoriasis.
