MC3T3-E1 and breast cancer cells were used for the chemotactic migration experiments, the results showed that MCF-7 and ZR-75-30 cells overexpressing RUNX1 WT repressed migration of cancer cells towards MC3T3-E1 cells compared with control, and the overexpression of RUNX1 T207A showed a marked suppressive effect compared with RUNX1 WT, while the overexpression of RUNX1 T207D significantly promoted cancer cells migrate to MC3T3E1 cells (Figure 5A and 5B).
