Thus, we hypothesized that RNF8 might regulate the transcription of MYC. The results of real-time PCR showed that the transcription level of MYC was increased or decreased apparently when RNF8 was overexpressed or knocked down in colon cancer cells (Figure 2A and 2B, Figure S2A and S2B).
