IDH2 and acute myeloid leukemia: IDH1 and IDH2 have been reported to be mutated in 70% of grade II and III gliomas and glioblastomas [117, 118], as well as in angio-immunoblastic T-cell lymphomas [119], acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [120, 121] and other common cancer types, such as thyroid, colorectal and prostate cancers [122, 123].
