We selected the 85 genes in the green module (Figure 2D) for Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses, and we found that the cell cycle, the p53 pathway and other important pathways in cancer were enriched (Figure 2E; Massague, 2004; Stracquadanio et al., 2016; McFarlane and Wakeman, 2017; Connor et al., 2019). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is cancer.
