Results showed that GRg3 can enhance the anti-cancer ability of chemo drugs by modulating the oral bioavailability (Yang et al., 2012), inhibiting P-glycoprotein expression (Kim et al., 2003), inhibiting cell autophagy (Wang et al., 2019), and down regulating epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)/phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/ Akt signaling pathway (Jiang et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene TLE3 and cancer.
