TUT4 and cancer: Recent studies have shown that some of these DE-mRNAs, such as NDN (Lee et al., 2015), S1PR1 (Nagahashi et al., 2018) and ADRB2 (Gargiulo et al., 2014), are involved in cancer progression, and ZCCHC11, MLC1, CALD1, mutated TP53, and CD274 are uniquely regulated by the let-7 regulatory pathway (Qian et al., 2016), the NF-κB signaling pathway (De Marchi et al., 2016), and the PI3K/AKT pathway (Alsuliman et al., 2015).
