ACE and migraine disorder: The drug classes considered for meeting the definitions include antidepressants, antiepileptics, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, drugs acting on the calcitonin-gene related peptide (CGRP) pathway, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor blockers, onabotulinumtoxinA, as well as any new developed drug with established efficacy in migraine prevention.
