In persons with Alzheimer disease, antipsychotics (OR 54.1, 95% CrI 1.15 to 38,300; NNH = 18) and cholinesterase inhibitors+memantine (OR 72.49, 95% CrI 1.38 to 43,840; NNH = 17) were associated with increased odds of fracture compared to anticonvulsants. This evidence concerns the gene BCHE and Alzheimer disease.
