As the result of luminal breast carcinomas, Securin (HR 1.1, p = 0.02, CI 1.0–1.2) and nuclear Separase (HR 5.7, p = 0.002, CI 1.9–17.2) – but not Cdk1 remained the most powerful predictors of cancer mortality, along with nodal status (HR 4.9, p = 0.003, CI 1.7–13.7). This evidence concerns the gene PTTG1 and breast carcinoma.
