Our study confirms a lack of copy number alterations in BAP1, SETD2, PBRM1, SMARCC1, CDKN2A/B, LATS1/2, and NF2. Copy number loss of BAP1, SETD2, PBRM1, and SMARCC1 is often observed in peritoneal mesothelioma [6,28]. The gene discussed is SETD2; the disease is peritoneal mesothelioma.
