Using the SurvExpress webtool (http://bioinformatica.mty.itesm.mx:8080/Biomatec/SurvivaX.jsp) to analyze the TCGA data, both the AHR and CTNNB1 expression level was significantly higher in the high risk group of cervical cancer patients, and the combination of AHR/CTNNB1 could serve as a poor prognostic factor in cervical cancer (Figure S3). Here, CTNNB1 is linked to cervical cancer.
