The results of the study in the PCOS group show that the leptin level in adolescent patients was highly correlated with body weight (r = 0.637; p = 0.003), BMI (r = 0.705; p = 0.001), WC (r = 0.679; p = 0.002), HC (r = 0.667; p = 0.002), and insulin level (r = 0.529; p = 0.046), but this was not the case in the control group (p > 0.05 for all parameters).
