Based on the results of our study, the values of FAI > 2.75, androstenedione > 11.45 ng/mL, and LH/FSH ratio > 1.23 could be used for PCOS diagnostics in this age interval with a high sensitivity of 63.2–78.2% and a specificity of 84.4–93.7%. The gene discussed is BRD2; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
