In intranasal instilled mice at 16 weeks, only IL-10 production was significantly increased in non-allergic CRS mice (14.3 ± 7.3 pg/mL) compared with that in the other groups (sensitized group, 8.21 ± 6.5 pg/mL; negative control group, 6.3 ± 3.7 pg/mL) (Fig 4). This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and congenital rubella syndrome.
