In the multivariate Cox model, we discovered tumor grade (HR = 1.459 [95% CI: 1.156‐1.932], P = .002), tumor stage (HR = 1.512 [95% CI: 1.348‐1.696], P < .001), administration of chemotherapy (HR = 0.433 [95% CI: 0.307‐0.610], P < .001), high CA19‐9 levels (HR = 1.358 [95% CI: 1.050‐1.757], P = .02), and high CRP levels (HR = 1.004 [95% CI: 1.001‐1.008], P = .009) as independent predictors of CSS.
