IGHA1 and glomerular disorder: As shown in Figure 1(d), serum Gd-IgA1 levels/total IgA levels (Gd-IgA1/IgA) were significantly elevated in children with IgAN (0.297 ng/mg IgA, 0.110-0.575) compared to those with non-IgA glomerular diseases (0.127, 0.027-1.155) (p < 0.0001) and HCs (0.115, 0.025-0.500) (p < 0.0001).
