Immediately, functional experiments showed SNHG16 knockdown weakened cisplatin resistance and suppressed tumorigenesis in cisplatin-resistant neuroblastoma cells, reflected by the reduction of IC50 value to cisplatin, down-regulation of MRP-1 and P-gp protein levels, suppression of cell proliferation, migration and invasion, as well as enhancement of apoptosis in vitro.
