Consistent with this finding, we observed that ARHGAP30 expression was significantly lower in pancreatic cancer cell lines (ASPC1, BXPC3, MiaPaca2, PANC1 and SW1990) than in normal human pancreas cells (HPC-Y5), with relatively low and high expression in ASPC1 and SW1990 cells, respectively (Fig. 1d). Here, ARHGAP30 is linked to pancreatic neoplasm.
