ARHGAP30 overexpression significantly decreased pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and metastasis; promoted apoptosis; reduced β-catenin, B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2), and MMP9 expression; and increased Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) and cleaved caspase-3 expression.
