SOCS2 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: Conversely, SOCS2 siRNA markedly promoted cell proliferation and invasion, and WDFY3‐AS2 overexpression dramatically reduced the promotive effects of SOCS2 siRNA on EC9706 and TE1 cell proliferation and invasion (Figure 7F‐H), suggesting that WDFY3‐AS2/SOCS2 regulatory axis plays an important role in cell proliferation and invasion of ESCC cells.
