Carriers of PVs in the PCCR (n = 93) had a PCa standardised incidence ratio (SIR) of 8.33 (95% CI 4.46–15.6), whereas carriers of PVs elsewhere in BRCA2 (n = 354) had an SIR of 3.31 (95% CI 1.97–5.57) compared with population incidences. This evidence concerns the gene BRCA2 and posterior cortical atrophy.
