The unfavorable outcome of depressed CRC was especially found in proximally located CRC (p = 0.002), stage I CRC (p = 0.049), and T1+2 CRC (p = 0.027) (Figure 2C,E,G) For overall CRC, depressed CRC with KRAS or BRAF mutations had the most unfavorable PFS, followed by CIMP-positivity, and then with D-marker alone in comparison with conventional CRC (p = 0.04; Figure 3). The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
