Moreover, we found that the immune genes showing lower expression values with higher durations of fasting time are involved in the promotion of inflammation (Ly96), activation of the innate immune response (lfi203 and Lcn2), negative regulation of T cell proliferation (Btn1a1), inhibition of innate immune response to virus infection (Trim29), and mediation of inflammasome activation (Aim2).
