Genetic factors, BRCA2 mutations, family history, obesity, Klinefelter’s syndrome, gynecomastia, liver disease, orchitis, undescended testicle, alcohol use, exogenous estrogen and testosterone use, and radiation are accused in the etiology (1,8,9,15–17). The gene discussed is BRCA2; the disease is obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
