EIF5A2 and neoplasm: Immunohistochemical analysis showed that EIF5A2 and Ki67 expression was decreased (Figure 4(b-d)), and TUNEL positive cells (Figure 4(e)) was increased in EIF5A2-downxpressing tumors, indicating that targeting EIF5A2 inhibited tumor growth by inhibiting cell proliferation and increasing cell apoptosis, respectively.
