Consistent with this, published ChIP-seq data reveal higher levels of binding of the constitutively active CA-RIT-NFAT (Martinez et al., 2015) at the TAg-specific iDHSs and higher levels of JunB AP-1 binding at the NAg-specific iDHSs in TB cells stimulated with PI (Bevington et al., 2016; Figure 4C).
