As mentioned above, some exosomal lncRNAs have been correlated with bladder cancer progression including exosomal PTENP1, which suppresses bladder cancer progression by sponging miR-17 and rescuing PTEN expression [26], exosomal UCA1 promotes tumor growth and progression under hypoxia [27], and exosomal LNMAT2 promotes lymphatic metastasis of bladder cancer [28].
