In addition, we observed that IL-22 deficiency resulted in increased gene expression of diverse innate immune molecules in the lungs after infection, including Itgb2, Tlr2, Clec7a, Cysltr1, Cd36 and Ltb4r1 after 7 days, and Tlr2, Cd36, Ltb4r1, Alox5ap, Cd14, Tlr4, Ticam2, Mrc1, Myd88, Tlr6, Alox5, Ptgs2, Ptgse2, Tlr1 and Ticam1 after 14 days of infection (Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene IL22 and infection.
