As shown in Figure 7, Man-3DG and Man-6DG efficiently suppressed the phosphorylation of c-Met, AKT, and ERK1/2 without inhibiting the total protein levels, suggesting that the α-mangostin glycosides may exhibit the anticancer activities against HCC cells through the downregulation of c-Met-mediated signaling cascades.
