Previous studies demonstrated that the pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-17A, and IL-22 were up-regulated in psoriatic skin tissues and serum, and the IL-23/IL-17 axis was found to participate in the regulation of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like skin inflammation [23,31].
