The methylation frequencies of 10 informative genes (SLC9A3, C1QL2, DPYS, IRF4, ADCY8, KCNQ2, TERT, SYNDIG1, SKOR2 and GRIK1) determined in a set of 37 luminal B breast cancer samples with different NACT response shown in OFig. 3 suggest unequal potential of individual markers in discrimination of NACT responding and non-responding tumors. The gene discussed is TERT; the disease is breast carcinoma.
