In the enrolled patients, we found that the patients whose tumors had both high PD-1 and high Tim-3 expressions had the worst prognosis than the single high or double low expressions, which means coexpression of PD-1 and Tim-3 could be considered as predictive factors for prognosis in stage I-III CRC after curative resection. This evidence concerns the gene RPL17 and colorectal carcinoma.
