In Kaplan-Meier analysis, survival curves showed that the L1CAM highly positive group had the poor OS in all gliomas (WHO I-IV), for the mean survival time of the L1CAM negative group (70.4 months, 95% CI: 61.7-79.2) was significantly longer than the mean survival time of L1CAM positive patients (28.3 months, 95% CI: 16.2-40.4). This evidence concerns the gene L1CAM and glioma.
